My approach to real estate is based on some very simple principles which have served me, and my clients well, since 1995.
I treat each person as I would like to be treated; with honesty, respect, courtesy, compassion, and honesty (It's worth repeating). I see each client as a person, not as a potential commission check. A transaction is only a success if my client is completely satisfied when the transaction is completed.
I listen to my clients more than I talk. I have two ears and one mouth because I should listen twice as much as I talk.
This is serious business. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and personal decisions a person makes. That is why I sweat the small stuff. A successful real estate transaction has many moving parts, and is incredibly complicated. I am borderline obsessed with making sure that every detail of every transaction gets handled properly, that every deadline is met, and that things are done the right way.
I've helped hundreds of people buy or sell a home, but for each client, their transaction is the most important transaction to them, which makes each transaction the most important transaction to me.
Every client has a story...
