Blair & John
Like many home buyers, Blair and John wanted a home that had personality and character. After a few showings, I got a good sense of the kind of home they would love. I sent them information on a home I found online I thought would be "the home" for them. From the photos alone they weren't particularly interested in seeing the home. However, I knew the neighborhood well, and felt certain they would love the home. After a little encouragement, they let me show it to them. As soon as they walked into the home, Blair and John fell in love with it. They now affectionately call it home. This is why I worked to understand exactly what they wanted, and what would make them happy.
Trevor & Michelle
Trevor and Michelle were first time home buyers. I understand that for most people, and especially first time home buyers, buying a home is the largest financial decision of their lives. Before I showed homes to Trevor and Michelle, I spent a good amount of time educating them on the process of how one buys a home, from the first day of looking at homes, to the day they get the keys to their new home. Understanding the process gave them the confidence to make a decision to purchase the house they now call home.
Donna & Bill
Donna and Bill had a house to sell, and wanted to move into a home with a first floor master bedroom. Their ideal scenario was to sell their house and move directly into a home they would purchase. Using my creative marketing program, I got their house under contract in two days. Unlike some sellers who have to move to an apartment before they find a home to purchase, I was able to help them find a home into which they could move directly from their previous home.
Estela & Andy
Moving to Apex from Florida, Andy and Estela had a lot of criteria for the home they wanted to purchase. Distance from work, good school options, and nearby jogging trails were a few on the list of considerations. We looked at many options in several towns in the area. I never want my clients to settle, and I commit to keep exploring options until the perfect home is found. When Andy & Estela found the right home, they knew it immediately.

Some people have family doctors, family attorneys, and other trusted people who serve their families over the years. I like to think of myself as the Seigle’s family Realtor. Over the years, I have helped them buy and sell several homes, as their family has grown, and their needs have changed. Now that their three sons are grown, I look forward to helping the Seigle’s once again, when they decide to move forward with the next chapter of their wonderful life, sell their current home, and purchase their next home.
